「Sehr freundliches professionelles Personal, zurückhaltend und zuvorkommend zugleich. Entsprachen unseren Anfragen ohne Probleme. Das Restaurant ist gediegen, das Frühstück sehr lecker (teilweise als Buffet angerichtetes süßes Buffet, Herzhaftes und Getränke a la Carte ohne Aufpreis). Das Hotel liegt zentral am Hafen sowie fußläufig zur Altstadt. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist allerdings nicht so schön wie das Hotel selbst. 「**WARNING** Watch out for fake parking attendants patrolling the parking area. Ignore them and report them to the police or hotel staff. Also, parking is charged to your room so get a new ticket from the reception if you leave the area don't pay separately. Other than that the hotel was great」
