「Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! 」

「I stayed for 2 nights at El Pescador Guatape. The appartment was well maintained and located just out of the center of Guatape. The contact with Juan (host) was very easy and he had good suggestion for activities and dinner places. Overall great experience. 」
