A beautiful beach house

The house was so clean and the layout is perfect for a large party. The rooms are tidy and the beach access is perfect.

Relaxing and peaceful

It was relaxing and peaceful. We all had a great time. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful and has maintained the property well. The perfect home to have a large family. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a lot of people and if you have kids.

True El Salvadoran Experience

The home was perfect for a large family and friends to stay and enjoy meals and the pool. Surfing was great. Unfortunately there is a lot of trash on the beach - hopefully the government will find a way to remedy this - but the caretaker, Mario takes our section everyday. He also got anything we needed and fixed anything that needed fixing. There is no hot water for showering - but it wasn’t freezing, and each Bedroom had a private Bath. There is air conditioning in every Bedroom - although no electrical outlets in several of the Bedrooms. The Kitchen was adequately equipped - no dishwasher, but dishes dry quickly. All and all, and especially thanks to Mario, we had a wonderful El Salvadoran experience.

Very Bad Stay

Arrive at property and was allowed to leave my luggage onsite before the 3pm check in. When we walked into our rooms the top floor rooms smelled like mold and had a lot of moisture even 2 of our phones would not charge because of the humidity. Bottom floor room the door you could see daylight and bugs where getting in at night. The door knob was super loose i did not feel secure at all. It was soo bad that we had to leave 2 days early because of our situation and because of a big storm that was coming and we did not want to be stuck in this property another day. I informed the property manager and it seemed like the owner did not care of my complaints we did not get a refund for at least one day. The only good thing about this place was Mario he is the grounds keeper and cleaner he kept the pool clean. This place needs a lot of tender loving care. I would not reccomend any one to stay at this place unless necessary repairs have been made.

The grounds keeper Mario is always such a delight to deal with, eager to help and assist in anyway.Location is perfect. If forecast calls for big storms..property is not equipped with a generator so if power goes out there is no a/c or water available which has happened on both of our stays. Stay has been lovely regardless.

Great peaceful weekend place!!

My group had a great experience at Ke Linda directly on the beach. The caretaker Mario was really helpful to us! I would recommend Ke Linda and look forward to visiting again!

The property was well maintained. The biggest importance was that there was A/C and that didn’t disappoint. The beach was clean and the city Center was only a 5 min drive away. We will be back!!

Beach vacation

Owner never communicated with me Mario the care taker was unaware of our reservation , house was not ready Claudia the assistant left him alone to get the house ready for us without his help we would have not had a place to go on our vacation he was very helpful and always was up early morning getting things ready for us to enjoy unfortunately I wouldn’t be staying there again

Our week vacation was a success! The house is beautiful and very clean and it's equipped with everything from pots and pans to washer and dryer etc, and plenty of towels too. The air conditioning rooms and the sound of the ocean made everyone of us sleep like a baby!! Mario the house taker went beyond to make us feel at home. We will miss our midnight out sitting by the beach waiting for the sea turtles to arrive and lay their eggs. The kids enjoyed every minute of the swimming pool. I'm so looking forward for my next stay at Kasa linda ranch. Thanks Ivonne for the great hospitality.!

Ran down and dirty

The bathrooms and floors smelled and reeked in urine, Toilets need upgrade, beds are uncomfortable and fabric backboards ( home for mites). The bedding linens old specially the 2nd queen size bed. The pool in absolutely poor condition and dirty! The toilet at the 1st floor leaked and the bathroom rugs were dirty. The beach in front of and around property was full of trash. The property next door is a rundown burn and abandoned. Definitely way OVERPRICED for what it offered

Great time had by all

Our family enjoyed Ke-Linda for a 7-night stay. Great place for walks along the beach and swimming in the ocean. The beach was quiet and felt private. There were plenty of hammocks for everyone to enjoy and the pool was a great way to cool off and relax. The balcony seating area was a great place to watch the sunsets and evening thunderstorms. The ACs kept the rooms nice and cool, and our bed was comfy. Mario does a great job maintaining the property, making sure everything is clean. He was also very helpful whenever we had questions about pretty much anything relating to the area... food, transportation, etc. Just one little thing that was missing was the boogie boards listed as one of the amenities. Bring your own if you're looking forward to that. We had a hard time finding them in town as well, so my teen missed out on that. Overall an amazing and wonderful stay that our group of 9 enjoyed. I'm sure we'll be back again.
