The location is excellent. It is an 8 minute walk to the beach or Old Town. The neighborhood is quaint and his nice quieter restaurants nearby. Cafe con Leche is right downstairs is open early to late and became our breakfast spot. The rooms are no frills, clean. We fit a family of four snuggly.

This property was in an excellent location, close to both old town and the central business area. There were lots of stores and places to eat close by there is an elevator. There is a part-time staff that cleans the rooms every day but if you need help most of the time, nobody is there. The rooms are very small but very clean. I recommend it.

This was our family’s first time staying in a pension, and we were genuinely impressed. As a family of four, we weren’t sure what to expect, but it exceeded our expectations. The facilities were spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location was fantastic—close to everything we wanted to see and made exploring San Sebastián on foot incredibly easy. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, especially as a family, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We loved our stay at Pension San Martin. We would have happily stayed longer but it was only available 2 days. The room was clean, the bathroom was huge. The staff were very kind and helpful. It is a small place that is well located in Donostia. The staff are there in the morning but available via what’s app whenever you need them. Would definitely stay again!

Great location in the city center. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Parking at the bus station is about a ten minute walk away. The front desk isn't staffed after 13:00, but they responded to WhatsApp quickly.
