"We got a standard room paying $85 which is on the high end for Ecuador. The rooms were old, the bathtub warped as you stepped on it. Later, we arrived late at night and could not contact the receptionist either by knocking on the door nor calling the phone numbers they gave us. There was no doorbell either, we finally got in contact with him and he let us in with no apology. The photos don’t match the property I’d look elsewhere. "

"El lugar perfecto para que mis niños conocieran una nueva cultura. Todos del servicio muy amables. La comida deliciosa. La choza muy limpia. Disfrutamos la tranquilidad y de los paisajes. La unica desventaja fue el frio en la noche y al despertarnos. Llevamos covijas y eso nos ayudo mucho. Escogimos este lugar para acoplarnos a la altura antes de subir al Chimborazo y fue un exito. "

"Necesito ayuda sobre esta reserva, al momento de hacer el check in, no tenían las habitaciones reservadas libres, en lugar de 2 habitaciones triples querían que nos hospedemos en una habitación con 6 camas y un baño pequeñito, la habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones al igual que el hotel, todo desgastados húmedo a un ventilación. Nos dijeron. Que nos podíamos ir si queríamos y no estábamos de acuerdo con la habitación disponible y que directamente pongamos la queja en expedia.
