Cambria San Simeon Nature Preserve Hotels

"I have stayed at Moonstone Landing several times and though pricey, I always end up going back. This visit, I stayed in room 212. The room was clean-nothing fancy but simple and had everything I needed including a mini fridge and a microwave. I also love the wooden floors-so much better than icky carpet. Beware though, there is no ac so sometimes it can be warm especially when the sun is shining. I had to use the fan during the early afternoon hours. At one time, the elderly woman who used to be at the front desk was rather unfriendly and snooty. This time, at check in, I was surprised to find several new faces manning the front desk-all of the gals were kind, helpful and cheerful. :) The complimentary breakfast was simple but appreciated. The endless supply of coffee was a nice touch and they always had giant cookies in the lobby in the afternoons. I stayed 4 days and enjoyed every minute. I am definitely going back soon."

"The previous room I booked was an ADA room and was given to an elderly women. I was up graded to a bigger room with 4 queen beds at no extra cost. Awesome!"
