Beautiful Lakeside Property

Staying at this property was one of the highlights of my trip. The apartment is located in a quiet, non-touristy town that makes you feel like you are living in your own Italian house instead of part of a sea of tourists. The town is also just a short drive to the “golden triangle” of the lake, making it very easy to see some of the villas and nearby cities without having to spend hours on a boat going to and from the city of Como. The host was incredibly helpful in helping with info for our stay, answering any questions we had, and giving us recommendations on things to do. The lake is a short walk away from the apartment, with the most beautiful views during sunrise and sunset. There is a nearby beach, perfect for an afternoon swim to cool off from the warm summer weather. I would gladly stay here again on a future vacation to the Lake Como area.

Absolutely amazing

This property was more than everything I was hoping for. Machno was an incredibly helpful host who's hospitality was perhaps the best I had experienced while using VRBO. He was responsive when I had questions about the property and the beautiful, peaceful town of Rezzonico. The property was clean, private, stocked with supplies, and in an unforgettable location. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed sipping espressos on the beautiful patio that was covered with fragrant jasmine and walking to the nearby lakefront to watch the sunset and fireflies come out. Thank you Machno for the pointers regarding travel around the area and places to eat. I hope to be back soon.

Beautiful Lake Como Apartment

This apartment was in a wonderful location near the water, restaurants and food shopping. Plenty of parking and convenient to the apartment. The apartment had everything you’d need for cooking, laundry and restful spaces. There was a cute porch with a view of a small chapel, a castle and the lake if you stood close to the railing. This location was so beautiful and restful. A great getaway for a couple!

Séjour dans une jolie maison rénovée.

Près du chateau, dans un village aux rues pavées , nous avons eu l impression d'être transportés quelques siècles en arrière. La maison nous a apporté beaucoup de confort et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. A recommander vivement !

Schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt und die Wohung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Unser Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in hat problemlos geklappt. Besonders hat uns die Fußbodenheizung gefallen (Reise war im Dezember). Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle und individuelle Einrichtung der Wohnung.

Appartement charmant, très bien aménagé et propre, dans un joli village, parfaitement situé pour les visites (Bellagio, Varenna, et d'autres magnifiques villages bordant le lac de Côme). Kleine, aber feine Wohnung in einem ruhigen Ort, Bademöglichkeit, 2 Lokale und kleiner Laden. Etwas abseits vom Rummel drum herum. Kontakt zum Vermieter nur per WhatsApp, aber problemlos. Wohnung top ausgestattet.

Geheimtipp!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der kleinen, aber mit Herzblut geführten Wohnung gefühlt! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und abseits vom üblichen Urlaubstrubel! Unser Strand war klein aber eben nicht überfüllt und ideal für Kleinkinder. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: die Matratzen waren einfach zu dünn und das Schlafsofa ein wenig unbequem. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfassend und sogar mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln versehen- so mussten wir nicht sofort zum Einkaufen los stürmen. Sehr aufmerksam! Allerdings waren die Pfannen (die Beschichtung war komplett weg) und die Tupperboxen nicht zu gebrauchen. Aber es waren ausreichend andere Töpfe und Alufolie vorhanden, also kein Problem. Und der Staubsauger war leider so voll Dreck, dass wir ihn nicht benutzen konnten. Schade, denn Haare von drei Mädels mit einem Besen zu entfernen ist dann doch nicht ganz so ideal... Aber alles nicht tragisch, wir waren ja nicht zum Putzen dort 😄 Wir würden diese niedliche Wohnung wieder buchen!!
