“Great stay. The room was spacious, modern and clean!!”

“The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. The location is also a little far out, about an hours walk to the main harbour to pick up the ferry to Capri. A nice stay but would look for something closer to the……

“We booked this hotel very last minute and we were very happy with this find. The room was super clean, everything is modern, the AC worked perfectly and is very well located. You can walk to many to many places and the metro is right across the street. The staff was amazing, they were super helpful with helping us when we needed to go to the airport. Breakfast was great. We will go back and we highly recommend staying at Naples Plaza Duomo.”

“The property was located about 15-20 minutes walk from major attractions like the basilica and the opera house. Parking was a 5 minute walk from the property and the access was very tight for an economy car. The accommodations were generally clean. The shower had mold in the tiles and there was only one very small bar of soap and some packets of liquid soap. It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner. It was 97 degrees and 80% humidity on the day we were there and the air……

“O check in foi muito confuso, eles pediram pra gente entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp para receber o número do quarto, entramos em contato e n obtivemos resposta. A sinalização é confusa dentro do edifício também, foi uma pessoa que nos ajudou e depois uma hospede italiana que nos ajudou a contactar um funcionário, se n fosse ela, não sei como seria. Inclusive, tivemos um problema com um chuveiro, mandamos mensagem pelo WhatsApp e eles não responderam, mas foram resolver. Então assim, o lugar é……
