Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware, gadgets, and essentials you’ll need to make a meal. We also have a reverse osmosis water system, so you’ll always have fresh, great-tasting water on hand—staying hydrated in the desert is a lot easier this way! The kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and extras like a crockpot and baking pans to make cooking simple.
The main level has an open layout that flows right out to the covered patio. The living room has an 85" Smart TV with access to streaming services.
Outside, the pool area has a large covered patio with lighting and a ceiling fan. You’ll find a sectional couch for lounging, a dining table for meals outside, and two chaise loungers next to the pool. We’ve also provided a variety of “Big Joe” non-inflatable pool floats and a couple of fun floats for kids. Also enjoy friendly competition with a set of cornhole boards.
Need to get some work done during your stay? There’s a dedicated office with French doors that makes it easy to have a quiet spot to focus.
We use all white bedding and towels, so you know you’re always being provided with fresh, clean linens. A washer and dryer are available for your use, and we keep detergent stocked for convenience.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms—each with its own Smart TV. The master has an ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a Jack-and-Jill. On the main level, you’ll find another bedroom with nice pool views and easy access to the full bathroom downstairs.
Parking is simple with space for two cars in the driveway.
We also provide a few family-friendly touches like a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and a selection of games for downtime.

This home is located in Johnson Ranch, which features top-tier amenities including an 18-hole golf course, three community pools and spas, multiple parks, playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, a catch and release pond, walking trails, and more—perfect for enjoying Arizona’s sunshine and desert landscape. We even provide a pickleball paddle set for our guests to use.

Things to Note:
Pool: THE POOL AREA IS NOT FENCED. All guests, including children, swim at their own risk. There is an audible door alarm located on the door to the pool area, which can be turned on or off.
The hot tub heating is included in your stay. To heat the entire pool as well, it is an additional $50 per day.
Getting Around – We recommend renting a car so you can make the most of your stay and easily explore all the nearby attractions at your own pace.
Parking – You’ll have two parking spots in the driveway. Street parking isn’t allowed and may result in towing or additional fines.
Airport Distances – Mesa Gateway Airport is about a 25-minute drive; Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is around 45 minutes away.
Guests will need to sign a rental agreement with each stay.
