Centrally Located Holiday Apartment in Mediterranean Style with Garden, Terrace and Air Conditioning

In the heart of the town of San Teodoro, famous for its beautiful white sandy beaches, you will find this Mediterranean holiday home consisting of 3 apartments. The apartment Casa Francesco is located on the ground floor and has a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 8 people. The child-friendly holiday home also has air conditioning and cable TV. Outside you will find a shared garden with a long table, barbecue and outdoor shower, as well as a private terrace. Spend some relaxing hours under the Italian sun and prepare delicious dishes while enjoying a glass of wine. The beautiful, sandy beach of San Teodoro, Spiaggia di Cala D'Ambra, can be reached in 1.4 km or 18 minutes on foot and the centre with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is a 4-minute walk away.



Parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
