"A beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are large, comfortable, and spotless. The breakfast was excellent, and both the beach and pool areas were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The only area that could use some improvement is the gym, but overall we had a fantastic stay and would happily return."

"OK run down old hotel. Almost all of the hotels I stayed at in Sardinia were like this. Terrible value for money compared to other destinations like Balaerics, Canaries, Greece etc... The location is good. Although the beach is completely overcrowded with families. Manager was friendly and helpful."

"La casa é in un’ottima posizione, a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di San Teodoro. Il personale molto disponibile. Alcuni aspetti meno positivi, sono stati l’assenza di posate/bicchieri/utensili da cucina, poiché eravamo in 3 e per esempio c’era solo un bicchiere o solo 1 cucchiaino. Gli asciugamani facevano odore di umido. Mancava uno strofinaccio per asciugare le stoviglie quando venivano lavate e anche un tappeto davanti alla doccia. Tutte piccolezze che fanno peró la differenza. D’altro...

"La struttura è situata in una posizione eccellente, nel pieno centro di San Teodoro, e ha davvero un grande potenziale che purtroppo non viene valorizzato. La casa è spaziosa e dispone di due giardini, uno all’ingresso e uno sul retro. Tuttavia, durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato diversi aspetti negativi: l’erba era stata tagliata ma lasciata nei giardini, alcune porte non si chiudevano correttamente, il WC era instabile, la pulizia generale era insufficiente e mancava l’aria...
