“I had an outstanding experience at Diez Hotel Categoría Colombia. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful décor and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the hotel’s location is perfect—close to restaurants, cafés, and nightlife in El Poblado. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín and would definitely stay here again!”

“Everyone was very kind and good service. It is loud at night due to the street, but the hotel even warns you of that before booking. It’s not the hotels fault, just don’t stay right in parque ilaras or provenza if you want it to be quiet at night. If you don’t mind the noise the hotel is fantastic.”

“We made the reservation, and all reservations in all the hotels the hotels rooms are double, and they charge an extra fee for the second person in the room. When actually it’s not an only inclusive the person he’s Gonna eat. Something de Breakfast was not included so we didn’t understand why they were charging for the second person when the description of the Room actually says that it fits Two People.”

“The pool is a lot smaller in person, there are literally only 4 chairs out! the breakfast wasn’t bad but was basically the same every morning just changing 1-2 items. they also charged me $30 to have a friend over (no sleep over or anything)! really unfortunate that everything in colombia comes with an extra fee, including your hotel.”
