Small apartment in the center, consisting of double bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, it is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, free wi-fi, microwave, refrigerator, washer dryer etc. the apartment is located in the center, near the house there are newsagents, tobacconists and a craft bakery that makes delicious desserts, a little further away there is an ATM and a market, then there are all the services such as the post office, the Pharmacy etc. etc. we are also at 5 min. drive from the junction of the new SS 125 that leads to Costa Rei (15 min.) Villasimius (25 min.) Cagliari (1 hour).

L'appartamento è situato nel centro abitato di San Vito,vicino a zona mercato e primi servizi. Si raggiunge comodamente il mare in pochi minuti di auto. La casa è ben fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare, è accogliente e pulita. Roberto e sua moglie sono gentilissimi e disponibili.
