“0/10. Didn’t receive any check-in info from the host, the address listed is incorrect and the phone seems to not be in service. I was ultimately unable to find and stay at the property. There is also a no money back policy. Spent over an hour on the phone with expedia and they weren’t able to get a hold of the property owner either or get additional info from them. Expedia and I were able to work something out, appreciate their efforts. Steer clear of this one though.”

“We had some mice issue in the kitchen. The hosts provided some assistance in control this issue. However, I never received any answer to a reply to a welcoming email where I explained the mice issue. I decided to rented this place because the rating said that it was "excellent," but there are a few issue that won't make this properly "excellent:" rats in the kitchen, broken fridge handles, old and poorly maintained stove, the kitchen cabinets are old and some had broken doors, the pool is hard……
