Mais cela n’était pas très important. - Le vrai problème cet hôtel était la communication. Si vous ne parlez pas espagnol couramment, à éviter totalement. La personne à l’accueil ne fait aucun effort pour parler lentement l’espagnol et ne parle pas du tout l’anglais. On se débrouille avec Google translate mais c’est fatiguant et on ne peut pas le faire en……

“DO NOT STAY HERE: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Part 1 The issues began with misinformation between the resort and the member who owned the villa. I was given an incorrect price for the all-inclusive add-on. Even after the member acknowledged providing the wrong price, no meaningful effort was made to honor the quoted rate or provide a reasonable accommodation. Instead, after spending hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue, I was left with only two options: downgrade my stay or accept a refund……

“Fantastic place! The accommodations - bedrooms, pool area, kitchen, lounge areas- all were first class! The view was amazing! The location within Hideaway Beach area was so nice! The people helping - staff, drivers, etc- were top notch. Would recommend highly and would stay there again!”
