“There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!”

“Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der bemängelte Komfort entspricht natürlich der Preislage (Sehr wenig Wasserdruck, häufig Stromausfall). Preis/Leistungsverhältniss ist absolut OK.
Leider ist die Ortschaft und ihre Infrastruktur nicht sehr interessant (überteuert, alles voller Müll).
Unterkunft kann ich aber sehr empfehlen.”

“The hotel was on a quaint street. In walking distance to restaurants, local souvenir shops and other hotels. The room was clean and recently renovated, beautiful pools with colorful lights at night, well lit area on the hotel property and surrounding streets.
The staff was just awesome. The check in attendance carried our luggage up the stairs (there are NO elevators). He explained where the dinner area was and what was in walking distance.

“Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return. La playa tiene una arena fina y hermosa y agua cristalina.
Ideal para viajar en pareja o con familia.
El equipo de entretenimiento es muy bueno y divertido, sin invadir en ningún momento.
No tenés que reservar previamente en los restaurantes temáticos y es raro que tengas que esperar.

“Mi habitación estuvo limpia y bien cuidada, aunque la de mis familiares no tanto, pues vimos cucarachas en la suya. La piscina es excelente, y el personal fue muy amable y comunicativo. El unico detalle es la energia eléctrica que hay que pagar el consumo al final. No es un gasto excesivo si utilizas la energia como en casa, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta.
