"I was disappointed with the customer service during our stay. When we asked about the possibility of a later checkout, the staff member was rude and dismissive. I completely understand that hotels are busy and that late checkouts cannot always be accommodated. However, a certain level of courtesy and professionalism should be expected when speaking with guests. We were simply asking a question, and a polite response would have been appreciated. Even when a request cannot be accommodated, the way staff communicate with guests makes a difference. Unfortunately, this interaction left us with a negative impression of an otherwise anticipated stay."

Some items not available at the time we came in to eat. Overall, a good place to stay for us. Minor issues."

We were in a kitchen family suite which was large nice room. Liked the couch with large tv. Would stay there again and recommend it to others."
