“This is a brand new property and overall it was very nice but when we got to our room to check it out before bringing our luggage in, housekeeping had left a soiled towel in the bed under the mattress cover. The mattress cover was soiled and when I touched it I felt a lump. When I pulled back the mattress cover it I found the soiled towel. They moved us to another room with no more issues. Overall it was a nice stay with nice breakfast options”

“If you want a cheap room with a nice outdoor pool, this is right for you. Rooms at this hotel will feel damp - no dehumidifier. Room was clean. It's on the low end of the free breakfast expectations.”

“Didn’t like we had to stay in an outdated building and had to walk to the main building for everything. Didn’t like that our keys didn’t work and we had to walk back to main building. Food at all the restaurants was good.. room was clean.”

“The property was just as described! Great glamping experience and minutes away from athe Ark Encounter! Host was very easy to communicate with. Bath house was very clean! Really liked that they had towels, rags, and bath mats you could use. Would definitely visit again in the future!”

“Everything thing was very good but for a few issues with maintenance. In our room the shower had a leak and the shower plumbing faucets were not in great condition. Everything else was 4 star and the staff was 5 star for guest relations and helpfulness.”

“When we tried to check in, the front desk lady said we couldn't. My husband and I had been on the road all nite and all day. She told us we had to come back at check in. I have never been to a hotel we had to wait. We were only an hour and half from check in. Not only that she was rude and hateful. When we came back, that next lady was very kind and nice. She even moved us to a different room bc it was not cooling. This place was convenient and close to places we were going to. Close to……

“Everything smell bad, staff gave us a dirty room that was fron another guest and had to change it. Dirty towels. Every single day of my stay the Lobby had a different smell and not good one either. Every room says "No Smoking" but everything smell like tobacco and maryjane. But over all the coffee was good.”
