「We rented this house while in the area to see the Ark encounter and Creation museum. It was PERFECT! Super close to the ark which was great and yet out in the country. Nice large house and yard for the kids to unwind at after a day touring. My hubby and I went with my MIL and our 7 little kids (ages 9-0) and we had PLENTY of space! 「The Tack Hjouse is a charming, rustic, rural (which was so peaceful) one bedroom with a fenced in yard which was perfect for our 2 dogs. It truely is part of a lovely old horse barn.The easy access with no steps and efficient floor plan was perfect for older knees. Our 4 grandsons came out and spent several days and it worked perfectly for them. They hiked, played in the creek (even though it was winter) and gazed at the stars. The large dining table for 6 was just what we needed for playing...

「Clean house, room for the 12 of us. Kids loved fishing in the pond close by. Had what we needed besides a few little things- no cheese grater or pizza cutter. Pictures didn’t show the fridge in the kitchenette downstairs, so that was a nice surprise. Also not listed was a fold out bed, which helped us out quite a bit. Would stay again for sure!」

The only little things we have any complaints about is: the trash bags were horrible (everyone of them broke when we took them out), one wooden game in the game room was broke and unable to be played and the darts to the dart board had seen better days. We found two okay darts and had to keep rotating them out to play a game. Overall though the place was wonderful, just a few small details that we noticed. 」
