"Clean room, staff was great"

"The TV did not work properly. Most channels could not be watched. Only showed as no signal. The temperature in the room was difficult to regulate"

"Room was spacious but the bathroom was uncomfortably small; room heater was effective but quite noisy. Staff were very courteous. Will visit again."

"They don’t let you pay by debit card which I found to be really weird. What if someone doesn’t have a credit card? Our door didn’t lock. It was nice that they have complimentary breakfast but it was gross. "

"It was dirty, the shower was gross and had old hair in it, the carpet had crumbs everywhere, the sink had dirt in it, there were people knocking on the glass door in the morning, and the key cards were not working well, glitching and gave us trouble getting back into our room. it was just not a pleasant stay. Definitely need to change these things and have better security because having people roaming around knocking on the doors is quite scary. "
