“Excellent location if looking for quiet surroundings and proximity to Santa Fe. Exactly as described. Host is delightful. AC works really well if you enjoy cool interiors.”

“The home was very clean, our host was very friendly and responsive, the location was great (we walked to the downtown area several times)! Kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were comfy, and the shower worked well; bathroom was well-stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. Parking was perfect. We had a lovely time in Santa Fe!”

“You really get your bang for your buck. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning for coffee and watching the dog walkers. The beds were very comfortable, tv in every bedroom which was spacious and clean. The living room furniture needs to be upgraded. Over all a great place to stay with a good location not far from the airport with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. This would be my go to again. The host was excellent in rapid response.”

“Very nice place and host!”

“This property is beautifully decorated, in a Southwestern style, with nice furniture and real art. The furniture is quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were happy to come home in the afternoons for a little break before going out for dinner. It felt as if the owner/landlord had lived in the place for awhile and attended to every detail, including providing extra batteries for the television remotes. We greatly appreciated the care someone took to make sure that we felt……

“Everything was spotless and in excellent condition. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Perfect for couples.”

“A wonderful place exactly as advertised. Very comfy bed, great water pressure and a carefully curated space, just lovely!”

“The threat of flash floods colored our stay. Waiting for river to subside before we could get home to roads that required 4wd didnt add to the experience. The house had lots of nice points, like quiet, quaint decor, and comfortable. But it has a touch of unfinished project, the front door required kicking to open( really wet caused swelling). Water coming in bedroom causing large puddles because of door gap. The host was very helpful and happily answered our requests.”
