「Location, views, carpets, grandeur, ambience were epic.
A late train (51 minutes) meant that we missed dinner on arrival by 3 minutes. There was no alternative or refund. A broader range of meal times/ offers is needed.
Otherwise, staff went above and beyond to assist. I’m」

「Lovely big comfy bed. Whilst the room was clean and comfortable the decor was a bit tired. It was a hot day and the only method of cooling was a small fan and we couldnt open the windows. Also the curtain runners need sorting as we couldnt close one of the curtains properly
Staff were friendly and efficient and breakfast was very good.」

「We had a lovely 3 night stay in apartment 4 which had an amazing sea view. The apartment was nicely decorated, was bright and airy and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely return.」

「The location of the cottage is excellent, right next to the river Esk and on a very quiet holiday park (in April anyway). There is an amazing viaduct over the river where there is bungy jumping every couple of weeks during the summer and you can walk over it into Whitby which is only 30 mins away on foot. The pool is NOT 24 hrs as advertised and you have to pay. The property can be a bit difficult to find because the name plaque of the plot is covered by an overgrown hydrangea. If you use what 3...
