"I stayed in one of the floating cabins, where I have stayed before. The cabin has adequate facilities. But it is highly enjoyable to stay on a small houseboat with parking next to the boat. The staff there is always friendly."

"I booked on the day of arriving (weekday) within a hour I had all the information needed for entry. Rooms were clean. BBQ grill, cooking utensils, kayaks, rowboat and bicycles are there to enjoy. Property is on a private road so there is very little traffic and noise was non-existent. The lady on property was so sweet and made my stay that much more enjoyable. If you enjoy being outside, you will see deer, they are everywhere and will walk up to you. Nature at its finest, so pleasant. Sign on property says feeding or touching deer is unlawful and can be fined or even jailed. I seen several enjoying baby carrots 🤔 "

We all enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean and seeing the Key Deer pass by. The deer brought so much joy to our grandchildren! "The house was not thoroughly cleaned. The cabinets and under the place mats were dirty. When we opened the pack and play it had an orange substance caked all over inside. We tried to watch tv and remote had no batteries, we tried the second remote and that didn’t work either. "

"This place is perfect for up to 3 couples traveling together. We loved the privacy of the back deck and beach with access to bars and restaurants nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are 2 refrigerators! The washer and dryer also came in handy! "
