Beautiful lakefront stone cottage located on a large sandy beach formally known as Char-Nel-Shores! The home has 5 bedrooms, three full baths with firs floor half bath and large private sun room .There are 2 master bedrooms one on first floor with en-suites. Enjoy plenty of beach walking and swimming.

Entertain with three patios, fire pit, and relax every evening watching wonderful sunsets from the double swing, the full size carousel horse , three tables or the abundant beach chairs. From the yard and beach you can see several islands,many species of birds such as eagles, blue herons, white egrets, duck families,sand pipers. and diving terns. From the back yard you can walk almost a mile east and west in knee deep water with a sandy bottom. .

Can’t Beat The Location
We spent 5 days here with our daughters, sons-in-law and granddaughters and had a wonderful time. The location can’t be beat. It’s is so perfectly located to many great restaurants and activities and the backyard/private beach is perfectly placed for boating watching and sunsets. There was plenty of space for everyone with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The owner, John, was very responsive as well. We will definitely be back!

House on the shore
Wonderful accommodations. 4 generations under one roof with room to spare. So nice to have bedroom suite 1st floor snd 2nd floor. Cupboards well stocked with amenities in the kitchen. Our family lives to cook at home so it really met our needs. Kiddos 6&8 could run out back sun room to water with lots of knee deep sand bars. Never fearful parents grand snd great grandparents could take deep breath on the shore. Very enjoyable sites near by. Going back next year for certain. Thanks to the owners for a very special week. Fun Family Time
Sand Beach Cottage was the perfect place for us to relax with our adult children and grandchildren. There was enough space for us to each have our own space, and our own waterfront/beach just outside the door.

Fun at the Beach
Property was in excellent shape and housed our four families for our 50 th anniversary. Close to Cleveland guardian stadium, cedar point, African safari And directly on Lake Erie. Enjoyed by all age groups! Also great interaction with owner at end of vacation.

Lake Vacation
My family and I were pleased with this property. There was ample space for my family to spread out, and having central air conditioning was delightful during the hot, humid summer days/nights. The beach was perfect for our six year old, who enjoyed playing in the lake. It was so convenient having the small beach to play on right outside the back door. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and all appliances worked great. There were ample sheets and towels available. Thank you John for a great stay! We hope to come back again.
