"My stay (July ‘25) was not a good experience; however, my recent stay (May ‘26) was much better. The room seemed recently renovated & cleaner than my previous stay. Maid service was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The front desk could use customer service training. I called a day prior to confirm booking because my last visit there was an issue finding my reservation and ended up being charged double for one night. The woman who answered was rude and condescending as if she was being inconvenienced. And during my recent visit, the desk clerks were abrupt and seemed annoyed by the simplest question upon check-in and check-out."

"Front desk staff made my check in quick and easy, answered my questions re: parking w/o issue. Since we arrived after 8pm, I really appreciated the security of the parking garage across the street (gated w/ key card access) and the ease of getting to the hotel from the sky bridge. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"1. TV could not come on. Assistant who was called in could not remedy the problem, So I had to watch the basketball game out in the lobby 2. Moving the TV screen while trying to 'fix' it, dirt was exposed under the stand on top of the cupboard. But front desk assistance was very good - they did the best they could."

"The rooms were nice and big. Kind of weird layout. But my family and I did sleep well in the beds and comfortable pillows. My room had a mini fridge and a small kitchen sink. No microwave. Shower had nice hot water and great water pressure. No carpets in the rooms so it got noisy with people walking around above you. We ate breakfast next door at POPS! And that was DELICIOUS!!!!"
