Great location for s ski trip, house accomdated plenty of people. Space heater in the basement was helpful for the bunk bed room since there wasn't an HVAC vent.

Convenient stay near Cottonwood Canyons

Great location, 30 mins to 4 amazing ski resorts. House easily fit our group and our gear, and worked well for cooking and hanging out with 8 people. Always wonderful to have a hot tub available too. Heating zones in house left upstairs quite qarm and downstairs chilly. Overall very comfortable house, would definitely stay again.

Wonderful choice for skiers

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Cedar Chalet! The location is excellent for skiing at several ski areas. It is just a block away from Wasatch Blvd, the main road to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird. The house was roomy enough for our group of twelve people, including four couples. The driveway and garage were enough space for our four cars. The beds were comfortable, though the bunk beds are a bit small for taller adults. The photos described the rooms accurately. We enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable furniture. The house is well-maintained. It was a great choice for our group of skiers.

sizeable home for large groups

We spent a long weekend in the area doing Hallowe'en/fall activities with friends and family. This house was the perfect size to accommodate the group size we brought. The property owner had great communication and was quick to bring us a new garage door opener so we could park our vehicles in the garage. The bathrooms in this home were beautiful and the hot tub was the perfect touch to the end of our busy days. There is also a Tesla charging station in the garage, which is super helpful to anyone with that need. All in all it was a great experience!

Overall good

Rooms were pretty much as they appeared, 6 rooms, 4 bathrooms, but layout was a little awkward. Bunkroom is really built more for kids. Some minor things with electric and plumbling, but nothing that would ruin the trip. Easy access to mountains, as advertised. Driveway was a little tricky when we got wet snow. Overall very pleasant, and we got snow 4 days out of 6, so life was good.

Great ski location

Location is great for skiing all the canyons. Home was comfortable and clean. Hot tub was great on a cold evening. Beds were comfortable! Plenty of towels for shower and hot tub. Nice 2 bedroom basement for kids and parents. One king bedroom on main level with the other 3 upstairs. Good communication with management. They even came and shoveled the driveway when it snowed! Minor details that didn't affect our stay was 2 of the basement towel bars fell off the wall at light touch and several lamps didn't reach to plugs.

Nice place

House could use some basic maintenance. The AC made a weird noise that’s hard to explain. It was only bothersome while watching TV in the family room. Toilet paper holders torn out of wall in two bathrooms. Overall it was a nice place to stay those are the main bad points. I still would recommend staying there.

Perfect Location

Perfect spot between the canyons. Lacked some cookware and the kitchen space I would expect for a property housing this many people but we were able to make due.

Great location

Great location. Amazing house layout with basement bunk room, bathrooms, etc. We put the teens downstairs and the adults upstairs. Space for everyone.

House needs a thorough cleaning. Comforters/ throw rugs should be laundered after each guests. This was not the case. We washed all comforters and throw rugs. Pillows and carpeting need to be cleaned. Dishes were dirty and lack of teaspoons- only 3 and we had 5 guests children Mattress cover in in-suite is soiled. Huge problem with wolf spiders. Sad, has ample space but needs TLC. Outside reflects the cleanliness inside.

Fell Short

Home was located in a great area but fell short of expectations. Property manager was made aware of home issues at home and tried to address them but caused our stay to be more uncomfortable then it already was. Hopefully property management takes care of issues with home and is deep cleaned before next stay.
