“2nd time in this hotel but disappointed this time because we paid much more for the same type of room but it was much smaller than last time. The reception staff service varied a lot. Couldn’t understand the reception trainee refused to give us ticket for our three bags left in the conference room initially ‘ because ‘only your bags are in this room’ but we saw other people’s bags as well. She gave us the ticket only when we insisted . Luckily we were taken to the room by a friendly staff when……

“Considering its location in the Temple Bar area, from our room the noise level was surprisingly minimal. We didn’t need the ear plugs that they provide. There’s nothing really great about the hotel itself except the staff are nice and the hotel is in a great location if you’re there to party at the local pubs and music venues. Housekeeping did do a good job making up the beds and provide clean cups etc. Overall it’s a clean comfortable place to stay and the staff are good. ”

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“Check in was a little confusing but ok. Hotel layout is odd with the staff actually providing an escort to your room as it’s likely guests would get lost finding the rooms. Stayed on the street side which would have been loud, but they have good soundproof windows which were appreciated. Fantastic rain head shower which we enjoyed. ”

“We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt. The staff was great, they were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, but small with very little space to put your clothes. ”

“I liked that the hotel was very convenient to most amenities eg shopping and tourist attractions, and the nrealfast options were fantastic. What I didn't like was that I noticed several scuff marks on the walls in our room, and I have no idea if I received my deposit back, because I can't find any evidence on my bank statement.”
