Beautiful property, peaceful stay, luxurious appointments

The team at Kingfisher make this condo experience A. Being newly renovated, there were a couple of bumps, however, all was sorted out promptly. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen including spices, beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys were plentiful, plush towels and cozy linens, lots of extras (nightlights, hangars, TV trays, beach towels, cooler), bike paths at end of parking lot. The beach was quiet in front, likely because the condo building to east was still under construction. Thank you: Emma, Laura, Paola, Andrew and Kelsey.

Lesson learned

The VRBO unit we rented was beautiful, immaculate, and very comfortable. We were just pretty well cooped up there for the entire vacation.When I found out there was no elevator, I tried asking for help to remove our reservation of this unit-- to no avail from the Kingfisher Vacation Rentals. I told them we were elderly and my husband walked with a cane making it hard to navigate four flights of stairs. As per Emma, Kingfisher offered to have their maintenance staff take our luggage up to the unit for us on arrival and when we departed. We did not arrive in time for that but fortunately there were two young men we paid to carry up our luggage for us. On the day before our departure, I called Kingfisher Vacation Rentals again to see if we could get the maintenance men to take our luggage down to the car. I was told by Connor that he would put in a work order for that and they would be at our unit between 9:30 am and 10:00 am to carry our luggage down. At 9:35am on day of departure, I called the office again to let them know we were ready and asked if someone was coming to carry the luggage for us. I received a "I will get someone over there." I told the lady who answered the phone that we had a lot of luggage. In a bit, Andrew from Kingfisher Vacation Rentals came over to take our luggage down. Unfortunately he had to make three or four trips down four flights of stairs with our luggage.We will not recommend or use Kingfisher Vacational Rentals again!
