Sand Pointe 117 is a vacation rental condo on Sanibel Island. On the west end of Sanibel, you will find the well-kept secret of Sand Pointe. With only 45 units in this Gulffront complex Sand Pointe 117 is a real jewel. With spectacular views of the Gulf Of Mexico, you may not even notice the flat-screen TV's, stereo system, DVD player, new kitchen, baths, and furniture. Sand Pointe is a break from the ordinary, a real treat to wake up with a perfect view from the master bedroom. Sand Pointe 117 has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3TV's, DVD, high-speed wireless internet access, and a washer and dryer. Sand Pointe has a heated pool, covered parking, and elevators.

A perfect getaway!

This beachfront condo was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable and the perfect view from the screened-in porch. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed we have had in all of our beach rentals! We would definitely consider it the next time we return to Sanibel.

Disappointing

Beaches covered with algae. Smell like sewage. High end condo furnished with many cheap low end furnishings. Bad knifes, broken toaster, electric outlet not working. Property Mgr uses low end plastic bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Will not return. Will avoid Vrbo from now on.
