The recently painted dining and mirrored living room have tropical themed furniture including a desk, a new sofa and Japanese panel blinds. The kitchen features granite counters, a large breakfast bar, and new stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped for the most discerning cook. The master suite has a king bed with new mattress, blackout panel blinds, a large walk-in closet and access to the lanai so you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves! The master bath has a tub/shower combo with double showerheads, grab bars, and sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom has twin beds with new mattresses, a large walk-in closet and wooden blinds on the hurricane impact window. The guest bath has an oversize walk-in shower with double showerheads, grab bars and sliding glass doors. Other features include new remote controlled ceiling fans in every room, central air/heat, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD player, Philips stereo system, Harmony clock radio/sleep system with wireless charger in each bedroom and lots of artwork!
