The house features an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has been recently updated and is move-in ready, with many upgrades including a pool, deck, cage, hardwood floors, metal roof, kitchen, and bath remodel.



The indoor-outdoor living is seamless here, with sliding glass doors that lead to an expansive screened-in deck. You can enjoy the tranquility of coastal living while still having the convenience of modern amenities. ABOUT SANIBEL AND THE COMMUNITY

The Tradewinds Community is a small, secluded neighborhood located closer to Captiva Island. It’s located on the west side of Sanibel and the subdivision has a total of seventy-five homes. Tahiti Dr. and Jamaica Dr. run south from SanCap Road to Tradewinds Drive which runs parallel to the beach. Sanibel offers 15 miles of pristine beaches (America’s best shelling beaches), 25 miles of bike paths, 250 kinds of shells and 0 stop lights. Top Sanibel Island attractions include: J.N.
