HOME FEATURES

With a blend of Moroccan- inspired and coastal living décor, Breezy Oasis not only offers a tranquil island feel but also provides you with plenty of space and room for six guests.



As you walk up the entryway stairs, you will notice the split and open floor plan with bedrooms to the left and kitchen area to the right. Located in the heart of the home, the spacious living room is a perfect conversation and entertaining area, which also opens up to the large veranda overlooking the pool. Enjoy having the sliding glass doors open on a breezy day while you drink your morning coffee or nightly cocktail with family and friends. **There is a soaking tub but does not heat up like a hot tub**

Following the living room and dining area, you will enter into a separate family room that is part of the kitchen and offers a comfortable leather couch and TV, making it perfect morning spot to catch up on your daily news or enjoy your breakfast at the four-person dining table.



The Chef’s style kitchen features a gas stove, double oven, French door refrigerator, beautiful granite top island, stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage in the cabinets. You are going to be in heaven while whipping up your favorite meal in this gourmet kitchen!



Heading out of the kitchen area and back towards the East end of the home, you will be greeted by the master suite that features a king bed, double closets, soaking tub and a travertine shower.



The first guest bedroom is located between the Master and second guest bedroom and features two twin beds and en-suite bathroom. With two large pocket doors closing off this room, this is a great space for younger children.



The second guest bedroom features a Queen bedroom and has an en-suite 3-piece bath with a subway-tiled, seamless glass door shower, honed granite top vanity and closets. It offers a garden view of the front of the property.



Downstairs on the ground level is where the garage bays are located, as well as the laundry room.



The deeded beach access is a short walk away, between Casa Ybel Resort and Island Beach Club Condominiums.



Butterknife Estates offers a community tennis court and pool, along with a deeded beach access.
