Comfortable lodging

Clean and cozy. A quiet neighborhood and adequate for our needs. Nice that bikes and beach chairs were available. The walk to the beach was not too bad and the beach was very nice. Prompt communication with the owner. Would recommend

Adorable gem in Sanibel!

We loved our stay in Sanibel. This property is adorable and a short bike ride to the beach and restaurants. The Property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The only negative was no closet or rack to hang clothes on. That being said, it’s the beach so I probably shouldn’t bring wrinkle prone clothing. Having the bikes was a very nice addition!

Sisters getaway

The space was perfect for my sister and me. Close proximity to a non crowded beach and easy access to shops, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Sanibel

The property is a short walk to the beach, about a 1-mile walk to a local coffee shop. Great location and good accommodations. although the cost is a little much compared to stays down the block at the resort or Venice and Sarasota. However, it is Sanibel, and it was last minute. The cleaning crew could have done a better job - for instance, the refrigerator's handle, microwave keypad, light switches, and corners of the shower. They appeared to be redoing the units and cleaning up the property. The swings in the back were a nice getaway, and the sitting area outside the unit was nice for morning coffee and evening refreshments.

Easy walk to the beach and bike paths. The property could use new mattresses and a new couch.
