Unit D2 is a first-floor, gulffront, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit that feels like a home away from home, complete with a full kitchen, spacious living room, washer and dryer, and two screened lanais. The property offers resort-style amenities, including nearby bike rentals, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, a grilling and picnic area, a sun deck, filtered water and ice station, and a brand-new fitness room.
Soak up the sunshine while enjoying the blue skies, gentle waves, and pristine white sand beaches, known for some of the best shelling in the country. Or unwind in the peace and comfort of Sanibel Island's only screened-in heated outdoor resort pool. We had an incredible time on Sanibel Island—our first visit, and it exceeded all expectations. The weather was perfect, and the community is welcoming and laid-back. The unit was beautifully updated, spotless, and very comfortable. Being on the first floor, right on the beach, with easy access made the experience even better. We would absolutely recommend both Sanibel Island and this unit and hope to return.

The air conditioner went out twice. The staff was professional and came as soon as they could.one of the bathroom ceilings was leaking off and on during the stay. The staff did come trying to figure it out.
