This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer. The master suite has a king bed plus a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses in a separate air-conditioned area off the master bedroom. Master bath has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The large living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai overlooking the lush tropical grounds, with the Gulf in the distance. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators--all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! Just a short walk to the beach and pool and direct access to the famous bike trails of Sanibel Island. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person over the age of 5. Parties over 4 people, but the 5th and 6th person are 5 or under, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. occupancy limit is 4 including children and infants. NO PETS.
