“Justo debajo había una discoteca cerraba muy tarde y se oía mucho, cuando se lo comunicamos y su contestación fue que al ser céntrico era normal el ruido. La mampara estaba rota y la ducha estaba atascada”

“The staff were all friendly and helpful. There were no cooked options available for breakfast, but the freshly squeezed juice (orange, grapefruit) was lovely. The hotel does have its own garage but all spaces were taken during our stay. We were directed to a public underground car park nearby which was easy to find.”

“The Jerez Hotel and Spa was fantastic. We were greeted by the friendly, helpful manager and got allocated a refurbished room which had beautiful decor, two single beds and two double beds. It was perfect for a family. The room had everything, even a small fridge and for peace of mind - a safe. The accommodation was spotless and hard to fault. Free parking was a bonus. It was pobably one of the best 4* hotel rooms we've stayed in. Super comfortable beds too. There's a good size restaurant,……

We arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff told us the order only accommodation, meals not included. Asked him to check with Hotel.com.
