“We had a great stay in the villa. Everything was perfect and the facilities couldn’t have been better. The only thing to note is that taxis may find it difficult to locate the property. Otherwise, perfect in every respect. Luis was a very friendly host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend.”

“Wer ein Haus in einer ländlichen Umgebung sucht ist hier richtig. Die technische Ausstattung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Bäder und Küche sind nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, es fehlt jedoch nichts Notwendiges. Für empfindliche Personen: In die Toilette darf kein Papier geworfen werden. In den Pool muss man bei längerem Aufenthalt etwas Arbeit investieren, es wehen doch immer mal wieder mal Blätter usw. hinein. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Lebensmittel sollten……

“It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. The room is really spacious with free mini bar refills and apples. These treats are really rare these days! ”

“Mir hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Es wurde an alles gedacht und als doch Fragen auftraten, war telefonischer Service prompt erreichbar. Einzige Mängel mMn: Die Räume sind etwas hellhörig, was ich jedoch öfter in Spanien erlebe und die örtliche Lage imnerhalb Sevillas ist nicht die Beste. Ä Abgesehen davon, zu empfehlen. ”

Her restaurant recommendation and sightseeing tips were very precise and accurate Her prompt ability to solve problems was efficient. The only issue we encountered was - the only window was facing central sky light of the building, so there is no fresh air circulation. Only option was to keep air-con on - there was no kettle, got hot water from coffee machine ”

“一个字脏，三个字脏乱差. 一个连床罩打开还有前面客人住过的体毛和微微发黄带有污垢的床单.卫生间的洗漱用品包装都从白色变黄色了，还有所谓的免费停车根本没有.有可能就多花几块钱去住其它酒店.”

“入住體驗還可以，位置也不錯，剛好聖誕假期，所以退房時沒有人在，只能把鑰匙留在客房裡，希望不會被扣費。”

“住了二晚。離開前用完早餐，因太太頭痛不便用早餐，問餐廳服務小姐可否要一餐盒以便裝點麪包..（前一天看到其他客人也如此）。結果回答：只有一個字no. 此外無任何解釋或客氣的回應。超乎我對五星飯店應有的服務態度..實在遺憾。但詢問旅遊部門服務不錯。”
