GIRALDA HOUSE (Prime location, private terrace with views to the Giralda, WIFI)
Charming and beautiful townhouse for up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private terrace with exceptional views to the Giralda tower, touristic icone of Seville.
It is located in the heart of the historic and monumental city center, just one block from the Cathedral, the most exclusive area in Seville. All the main interesting sites are within short walking distance (Giralda tower, Alcazar Royal Palace, City Hall, Archive of Indies, Santa Cruz district, Guadalquivir river, Golden tower, etc).
Recently refurbished for modern day-life, this townhouse with high wooden-beam ceilings is from the year 1900. All the bedrooms, as well as the living and dining room are provided with air conditioning and heating. All the beds have top quality beds. The wifi works well in the whole house and its use is free. It is distributed in 3 levels:
Beside the entrance hall is bedroom#1 with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there is the large main double bedroom with two single beds placed together, double closet and en-suite batroom with shower.
On the second floor, there are bedroom #3 and the living and dining room with the kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The living room has a large (200x160cms) and comfortable double sofa-bed for 2 additional guests, 4 armchairs and a dining table. There are 2 extra beds available, that can be placed in the largest bedroom (the one on the first floor) upon request. There are also a baby cot and a high chair available upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with all modern appliances (stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses).
The terrace has exceptional views to the Giralda tower. It is provided with a table with chairs, deck chairs and a shower. The laundry is aside (washing machine, iron with iron table and lines to hang the clothes, both inside and outside).

Maria met us at apartment and was wonderful. The apartment itself is really lovely and on 3 levels and the terrace is on the 4th. We loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms after being together all dayBeds were comfy showers were hot - we had no complaints. The location is so great and quiet at night. We absolutely loved Saville and staying here!!

This is easily best accomodation we have stayed in so far. Location is excellent, place was very clean and well supplied. Host was extremely thoughtful. We were given thorough walk-through and all the information we could have needed and more. Truly appreciate all the amenities and we would highly recomment this house fto anyone staying in Seville!

First of all, our host, Maria, was exceptional. She responded quickly to our communications, allowed us to leave our luggage well before check in so we could begin exploring Seville as soon as we arrived, provided a thorough tour of the property (with clear concise directions regarding the amenities and how to use them), and even booked transportation to the airport for our departure. In short, she was knowledgeable, kind and gracious in all our interactions. Secondly, the property was clean, roomy, well stocked, and provided more than ample storage. Thirdly, the location was perfect if exploring the central city is your plan. The front door opens to a side street (nice and quiet for sleeping), but within a few steps you’re on the bustling streets of the old city and within very easy walking distance of historic attractions, restaurants, cafes, entertainment, and shopping. If we travel to Seville in the future we certainly hope this property is available. It added immeasurably to the enjoyment of our time in Seville.

The apartment is in a great location! We walked everywhere from this location.It was super easy to check-in, great communication with host, very clean and plenty of room for us. Loved the rooftop patio, and availability of laundry. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.We really loved this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Lovely and comfortable apartment in a perfect location, in the heat of all the action, very near to areas of interest. On a tiny quiet alleyway so no noise heard at night. We were a group of friends and there were 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom - 3 floors, each bedroom on a separate floor, with the kitchen and sitting area on the third floor. Outdoor terrace was useful as there is no balcony of sitting area. Maria, the host, was lovely and helpful and provided a detailed listing of things to do and other important info.

Fabulous week in Seville
One of my favortie things in a city is to explore the streets, walk into the interesting shops, pick a spot for food and drink, admire the residences and imagine how they are inside. With this VRBO, you get to stay in the best part of Seville (in my opinion) and it is a fantastic home. Great number of bedrooms and bathrooms for a family visit. Awesome hostess. We loved our stay and I highly recommend this one to all!

Perfect apartment in the perfect location! Walking distance to all sites and restaurants everywhere! Super clean, spacious and comfortable. 3 floors with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Laundry on 4th floor with patio. Convenient to dry clothes outside. Lots of stairs but we didn’t mind. Maria, the host, was great to work with. She provided everything we needed. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone going to Sevilla!

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of old town Seville. It is located just a couple of minutes walking from Real Alcazar, Giralda Tower, and many, many shops and restaurants. You do not need a car to get around Seville, but if you do have a rental car, the closest available parking is in a public garage about 5 minutes away walking. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Appartement parfait au coeur du centre-ville
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Maria avec qui j'ai facilement communiqué avant le séjour et qui a fait preuve de souplesse pour notre horaire d'arrivée. Maria nous a tout expliqué et nous a indiqué les sites à visiter, les restaurants, supérettes du quartier si nécessaire. Un livret d'accueil trés complet est laissé à la disposition des voyageurs.La localisation de l'appartement à 2 rues de la Cathédrale est idéale : au coeur du centre-ville, des points d'intéret, restaurants et animations.Quant à l'appartement : conforme à l'annonce avec ses 3 chambres et leur salle d'eau respective, des literies trés confortables, une cuisine parfaitement équipée et la salle de séjour/ salle à manger trés agréable. Nous avons aussi apprécié la terrasse privée avec vue sur la partie supérieure de la Giralda. L'accès à ce dernier étage est un peu raide mais bien sécurisé avec des rampes. Bref, je recommande vraiment cet hébergement. Merci Maria pour ces conditions de séjour dans une si belle ville !
