La struttura vicinissima ad un parcheggio auto coperto. L'incontro con il signore alla reception molto buono per gentilezza e disponibilità a interessarsi per il servizio in camera della nostra cena.

El hotel no esta mal, pero fuera de temporada no tiene los servicios q anuncian, el mando de la tv no tenia bateria, no nos dieron la clave de internet, nos llamaron antes de las 20:00 para cobrarnos por telefono, q segun ellos se especificaba en la web cuando en la pagina de hotels no decia nada. Y no habia agua caliente

Sehr gut gelegenes kleines Hotel im Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes Zimmer und gute Betten, dazu reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Erfüllt absolut den Zweck eines ruhigen Stadthotels.

Trevligt och vänligt i bra läge

Nell'insieme buono.

L unica nota relativamente negativa è la struttura un po' vecchia già a partire dalle scale, il corridoio, la porta e il mobilio. La stanza della colazione invece è molto carina e curata, peccato molto piccola che costringe a stare stretti. Tutto il resto buono, pulizia ok, staff gentile e set di cortesia in bagno molto curato. Comodissima la collocazione in centro esattamente di fronte al Palafiori di cui si può usare il parcheggio, e a pochi passi dal teatro Ariston.

A eviter absolument

L’hotel est tres bruyant et mal insonorisé. Un equipement de l’hotel (machine) touchait ma chambre et a fait du bruit jusqu’a 3h du matin, m’empechant de dormir. Quand j’ai ete voir la reception en plein mileu de la nuit, il n’etait absolument pas surpris. Le lendemain j’ai demandé a parler au manager : il n’etait pas la et non joignable par telephone. Comme par magie il m’a appelé une fois que j’ai quitté l’hotel. Discours surrealiste : « le bruit s’est arreté apres 3h du matin ? Alors vous avez pu bien dormir ensuite ? Vous savez San Remo est une ville bruyante la nuit... »

Smutsigt och ofräscht

Hade bokat rum med balkong för 7 nätter. Rummet hade ingen balkong utan ett litet fönster med träjalusi utanpå som inte gick att öppna. När vi påpekade att vi bokat rum med balkong så fick vi till svar att det bara fanns i mån av tillgång trots att det står i beskrivningen att alla rum inkluderar balkong. Sängkläderna var trasiga och smutsiga. Duschkabinen höll knappt ihop. Smutsiga väggar och allmänt ofräscht. Efter 3 nätter bokade vi om till annat hotell trots att hela hotellvistelsen redan var betald. Stod helt enkelt inte ut! Är nog det sämsta hotellrum jag någonsin bott i. Tyvärr inget 3-stjärnigt hotell utan möjligtvis 1-stjärnigt. Skulle inte rekommendera någon att boka detta.

Super hotel et excellent emplacement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est tres gentil, tres agreable. Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Situé en centre ville , l'emplacement est exceptionnel a cote de la rue pietonne ( magasins, restaurants on peut tout faire a pied. ). Hotel calme. La clim fonctionne tres bien et la plage est a seulement 200metres. Un parking sirue en face l'hotel ( jai paye un forfait 50€ pour 7 jours donc tres raisonnable) . Le seul bemol la literie n'est pas du tout confortable. Cependant j'espere revenir vite!!! A bientot
