Гостеприимный, услужливый, улыбчивый персонал от регистрации до уборщиц. Милые и добрые сотрудники спасают впечатление от состояния отеля. Отель старый, с высокого потолка в номере свисала кусками штукатурка, обои потрепанные, кондиционер ужасного вида. Номер убирали очень хорошо. На 3 этаж заселяют группы русских туристов и номера считают экономичными. Хороший завтрак-буфет за 8 евро и приятное обслуживание в кафе. Пляж через дорогу

Great location. That’s about it.

I chose this hotel because it specifically advertised valet parking $20 per day. Driving in Sanremo is stressful and parking can be a hassle and my husband is 70, sick, and his suitcase strap broke so it was hard to drag it lost distances. Besides WiFi, It was literally the only requirement we had for the room. When we arrived, I was told the lot was full and to just drive around and find a spot on the street - on a weekend in a beach town! I said that wouldn’t work and she was very dismissive but I didn’t budge. Finally, a manager came and he points out a public lot on the beach that had overnight parking about a ½ mile walk away. The room was very rundowns/ stained & worn carpets, cheap & dated furniture, peeling wallpaper, etc. the location was great - just behind the casino and in front of the beach, and it was probably a great property 80 years ago. I loved their vintage neon sign. I am not opposed to older propertie, but there is a difference nostalgia and rundown. I also resent the fact they advertise parking when they don’t actually have their own parking - just a contract with a 3rd party to pickup and store cars IF there is availability. They offered no apologies. I also had to make a special trip to the lobby to get the WiFi code when it’s customary to give it to you upon check in. It was also VERY slow. Glad I wa only there 1 night!

San Remo med familien.

Perfekt beliggenhet, svært hyggelig og serviceminded personale. Hotellet bærer preg av alderen men ligger midt i smørøyet for shopping, restauranter og 2 minutter fra standen og 2 minutter fra Casinoet.

Trevligt i San Remo

Väldigt trevligt hotell med bästa tänkbara läge och en god och prisvärd frukostbuffé mot tillägg. Vi fick genast byta rum då vi tyckte att det luktade rök. Portiern var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet är inte superfräscht vad gäller renovering men välstädat och rent. Passar fint också för ensamresenärer.

Historiallinnen rakennus. Sisustus rakennuksen iän mukainen, mutta nykyaikainen. Sijainti hyvä.Huone ja kylpyhuone luokituksen mukainen. WLAN ei kuitenkaan toiminut huoneessa, vain kun käytävään ovi oli auki. Aamiainen ja ravintolan atria, ei kuitenkaan vastannnut tähtiluokitusta, vaan oli vaatimaton. Ei kuitenkaan ollit sesonkiaika, joten voi johtua siitäkin.

bel albergo che ha avuto i tempi d'oro nel passato

carino albergo con una classe di altri tempi, l'appartamentino è essatamente quello che mi aspettavo se no addirittura meglio di un grande confort. l'ubicazione è fantastica a 2 passi del mare e del centro. Vorrei scrivere un parrafo a parte per il personale che è di una gentilezza è professionalità dal massimo livello. Con una ristrutturazione l'hotel puo raggiungere tranquillamente il top, comunque tutto è in perfetto stato è molto pulito

Nice hotel close to the beach

We've stayed for one week in this hotel. When we arrived they gave us a wonderful room with seaview and balcony... we've booked the cheaper room with Casino View. The room was clean and bathroom also. The personal were all very friendly and helped us with all our questions. They also gave us a paper with discount for one of the beach-parts. If you want to walk to the beach you have to pay for the beach...the big free beach is too far to walk but you can rent a bike in the near. You have to look what you like..we tried 3 beachparts in one week and in the end we loved the most the expensive one in the middle.clear sea, not so little. (Different prices, different beachparts). The hotel is also close to the beautiful oldtown in sanremo with some very good restaurants!The breakafast buffet of the hotel was ok but not so special. Bread/ Toast/Croissants, cheese, ham,Salami no tomato, cucumber, but some fruits,juice, you can order coffee but its in the price includet.I would say simple but enough! We would defenitly come back!

Language Problem

Upon arrival requested to extend stay by 1 day and given verbal confirmation that it would be at same rate ($119.22 u.s.). Offered card as payment and was told wait until next morning. Didn't review charges until 9/2/2017 and had been charged 118.0 Euro, some 15% more.
