This apartment is a Five Star apartment in the very heart and center of Sanremo. It is a very large apartment, 184 sq. mtrs, allowing all guests to either be together in the same room, or to have their own privacy if needed. It has all the amenities to make the stay an enjoyable one. There are 3 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and the apartment was furnished with the guest in mind. Sanremo has a very wide choice of wonderful restaurants, however the kitchen in the apartment has been recently updated and it too is a state of the art addition designed as a meeting area for family and friends.

In the apartment there are 3 double beds and a bunk bed suitable for children only. In case of use of the rooms as a single and preparation of the sofa bed located in the dining room it is necessary to pay extra.
The property has a Property Manager on call who lives in Sanremo. Her cell phone is supplied in the event of any urgent matter. Further the owner can also be reached by text, or e mail 24/7 These numbers too will be supplied once a booking is made.

Our property is in the very heart of what is Sanremo. Sanremo's history is interesting, and although it does not have the museums and art galleries of its sister Italian cities, it was built and developed due to the wonderful climate. Our building is 50 mtrs from the main shopping and pedestrian mall of the town, a few hundred mtrs from the beaches, and Casino. A few mtrs in either direction for wonderful outdoor cafes, and restaurants.
Sanremo is a busy town. On Tuesdays and Satruday there is an outdoor market that attracts many French and other tourists. Parking is not easy. There are two main parking areas in Sanremo. Under the bus station (open 24hours a day at a cost of Euro12/15 a day, and one in the PallaFiori building on Corso Garibaldi. This one though closes at midnight. Furthermore we do recommend a covered parking garage 500 metres from the apartment. They charge Euros 20.00 per 24 hour period. One of the charms of Sanremo is there is excellent bus service to all the villages in the hills behind the town, and all along the Riviera itself.
The apartment building which was built in 1828 has been in the same family since then. It is in the heart of Sanremo, which is a vibrant town one hour from Nice airport, 20 minutes from Monte Carlo via expressway, and an easy drive to all the cities in between. The annual population of Sanremo is +/- 95,000, however during the peak season this can double. There is an easy rail service that leaves from Nice to Sanremo. It is best to check the schedules, otherwise one has to change train in Ventimiglia (border town) Uber does operate from Nice Airport to Sanremo, the cost is approximately Euro 169 for the trip. This service is not available for the return journey, but it costs the same via taxi. Sanremo is in the heart of Liguria. Known for its Pesto Sauce, and wonderful food. There are many small medieval villages within one hour from Sanremo that have stood still in time, These can be reached by car (very windy road)or regular bus service. Some of these are Perinaldo, Baiardo, Apricale, Dolceaqua. All not to miss. Sanremo is home to a wonderful bike path that follows the ocean for many miles along a spectacular route. Bikes are easy to rent. The apartment is steps away from the very popular Via Matteotti, where all the name brand stores are located. The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout.
