「We stayed for 2 nights. Immediately when we got to the room it was hot and WiFi was not working in the room. Someone was sent to fix air con it cooled down a bit but never to the desired temp and WiFi never worked in room. Went downstairs next morning and complained about WiFi again and they said they had trouble with it on 5th floor and when we got back we could move rooms. Changed rooms and air con was much colder and WiFi worked. Just not sure why they didn’t move us to a floor with working...

「You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season...

「While the hotel itself is cute, it has no climate control at all. The room gets incredibly hot. The shower is also a shower head with a long hose that’s not attached to anything, so it just hangs. When we tried to use the hair dryer, it blew out sparks. There’s also no elevator (this is mentioned in the hotel details), so beware of that. 「櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。」
