「This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. 」

「Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. 「This hotel in Naples was in an ugly neighborhood but most neighborhoods in Naples are ugly. No other word for it. But inside the hotel was very beautiful; the restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is superb. If I had to go to Naples again I would stay here again. There is a wonderful plaza surrounding the hotel and the service is excellent. 」
