He helped arrange private transportation to/from Naples for half price for what I could find online. 「The property is in a great location, which was a major advantage. However, there is no lift, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage.
There is also no staff available at the reception at all times, so you need to inform them of your expected check-in time in advance. We missed informing them of our arrival time, so we had to wait about 20 minutes for the receptionist to arrive and let us check in.
