To me was terrible; first when I made the reservation the property pictures looked such a nice place. Secondly a call to fine out the code access. They couldn’t fine my reservation then they change and sent me to another place which took me a lot of time to find the out. Make wasting time and gasoline.

Do not book this place, especially if you are black. I booked this place for novemeber 04-07, 2023. paid, showed up, guards would not let me in, called number listed on booking, person was rude was finally able to get in 1.5 hours later. Got to the unit, rude person answered the door, looked me up and down and said tbey are sold out. Showed her my reservation, proceeds to tell me again they are full. How are you full if i was allowed to book the reservation and paid? Whatever, original pwrson send me message through whatsappntk let me know they are booked out and that he can offer a stay at a sister loaction 11 minutes away. I said ok. Showed up and its a dump. Unliviable conditions with a communal shower in the ghetto where as a black, solo, female traveller anthing could have happened to me. Dont believe me google hostal casa luna el salvador. Unlivable conditions. I proceeded to share my concerns with the owner via whatsapp and to cancel to the reservation and refund me my money for la casita. He read the the message and ignored me. I filed a dispute with expedia and they told me it would take 5 days. 9 days later after ive returned homw i was updated by expedia that they were unable to get in touch with him and that they cannot refund my money. Customer service was absolute trash, rude people, scammers and racist. I have proof if yall need it. I had to book another hotel around the corner, remfort. Much better accommodations..
