We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to the area and we were so pleased with the location. It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer! There is also a B Cycle rack just out the door which made it convenient to jump on a bike and enjoy the city! The accommodations were fresh, clean, and just perfect! We plan to return soon!

Anniversary getaway

This location is not far from all of Santa Barbara main attractions. Farmers markets, beaches, and great food. Would definitely recommend for any couple or a solo trip. Easy check in, clean and attentive host!

short Santa Barbara getaway

This property was very clean and pretty well-equipped. Excellent location to walk around town. Apartment is on ground floor, but was quiet at night. Parking was not a problem.

Luxury Stay and So Close to State Street!

I stayed at De La Vina for a work trip and my trip was amazing! The property itself was so clean and so was my room! I loved the cozy bed, make up wipes, Nespresso coffee and many other amenities provided! All I had to bring was my clothes! We walked to State Street for fun, shopping, and dinner every night. I am already planning my next trip back! Highly recommend!

Quick trip to visit our son

Casa de la vina was exceptional! Perfect for our trip and close to our son’s apartment. Everything was top shelf. Beds we so comfy linens were great. The en suite was fabulous and perfect. Room was so spacious too. Location was close to everything. We couldn’t believe how quiet and peaceful it was It is quite a gem! The upstairs Al fresco seating was so beautiful. Also it has great private parking, which is hard to come by in SB We hope to come again for a longer stay and possibly with more family. I highly recommend it

I’d give 10 stars if I could…

The property is well-designed and clean, newly renovated with ample parking options in a charming neighborhood close to everything. The room was cozy with high ceilings that made it feel spacious and designed to maximize square footage. There were many thoughtful amenities for guests that made the stay feel that much more special. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future!

Great place for a couple or for one person

I rented the studio which was perfect for me, being on my own, really comfortable bed and pillows. The best coffee maker ever!! Just a couple of blocks from state st, easy 2 minute walk. Plenty of parking spaces on site. B bikes located across the street if you like ride around Santa Barbara without having the hassle of finding parking. I've been too Santa Barbara many times, usually renting homes with my family in the same location and love it. Location location location and a great price for your money
