BEAUTIFUL GET-A-WAY

Great location, biking/walking distance from train to funk zone to State Street. We even biked to the Santa Barbara Bowl for a concert and utilized free bike valet. Great vacation spot!

Everything you need in a beautifully appointed space. Boutique-style accommodations in a nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed, upscale linens and towels. Rooftop space nice for gatherings or quiet time.

Wonderful Boutique stay.

Perfect location for our stay. Walking distance to State street shops and restaurants. No need to drive once you arrive. Rooms are clean, quiet and private. Check in was easy, as well was check out. Vehicle parking is on the property with outdoor security cameras. My wife and I would come again next time we visit Santa Barbara.

Lovely stay at Casa De La Vina. Prefer over some of the local hotel accommodations- clean, newer build, comfortable beds, nice linens. Thoughtful nice to haves like a kitchenette with dishes and microwave, fridge. Always appreciate a steamer, coffee and hair dryer. it was quiet with super convinient parking. Would recommend to friends and will stay again.

Excellent Experience Staying Here

Beautifully renovated property both inside and outside. Outstanding appointments and style. It was supremely clean and comfortable. The keyless entry was a breeze, parking was close and easy too. We felt safe there, and everything was so close, including freeway, State St., Stearns Wharf and the beaches. The staff was attentive, quick, courteous and responsive by phone and by text. Thank you for a great stay. We will stay again for sure.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel within 24 hours of check-in time due to my husband falling ill. The unit looked awesome according to the photos was a newer redo, well-done, very clean, complete, and comfortable. We were disappointed and had to forfeit the payment we had made. Dee was very quick, friendly, and responsive when I texted her, and she made the courtesy of refunding our cleaning deposit, which we appreciated. It just seems that we should receive a credit for another stay of equal value within a certain amount of time. We go to Santa Barbara often, it would be nice.
