The Space:
The living room features a Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, a stereo system, and a gas fireplace. The farmhouse-style dining table seats 6 and sits beside a second fireplace and mounted TV. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, oven, blender, and full cookware. The sunroom has sliding doors that open to the backyard, bringing in warm summer air and natural light.
The first bedroom has a King bed with an en suite bathroom that includes a soaking tub, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. A separate office den provides a laptop work desk for remote work needs.
The backyard is designed for year-round relaxation with a hot tub complete with waterfall feature, a firepit for summer gatherings, an outdoor fireplace, and multiple seating areas. In summer, the space comes alive for evening entertaining and wine by the fire. In winter, the dual indoor fireplaces and hot tub create a warm escape after exploring Santa Barbara.

Guest Access:
Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The property is located near Highway 101 and the Amtrak rails, so passing trains may occasionally be heard.
The Neighborhood:
You're a 5-minute walk to Butterfly Beach, one of Montecito's most beautiful stretches of sand. Coast Village Road with its boutique shops and cafes is also walking distance. Drive 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara for State Street dining and the historic Funk Zone. The Santa Barbara Zoo is a 15-minute drive, and several golf courses including Sandpiper Golf Club are within 20 minutes. Montecito's tree-lined streets and celebrity-favorite restaurants make this one of California's most sought-after coastal neighborhoods.
Getting Around:
The home is just off Highway 101, making it easy to reach from north or south. Santa Barbara Airport is a 15-minute drive. Downtown Santa Barbara is 10 minutes by car. Los Angeles is about 90 minutes south via Highway 101. Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner stops at the Santa Barbara station, a 10-minute drive away, connecting you to coastal cities from San Diego to San Luis Obispo.

• Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval. Late checkout requests must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time the day prior to departure and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of hours requested.
