View and location are epic!
We spent every second we could outdoors… the view, the space, and the outdoor setup are incredible!
The home allows for space and comfort… there could be a few updates made, but it’s clean and comfortable.
Communication and response to requests were great!
We’d stay here again!

Perfect house for five adults and a baby/toddler.
First of all, great property on great site. We went for a family birthday celebration. Nice and quiet on a private street and cul de sac. Accurately portrayed and photographed, actually even better in person. Excellent instructions, check in and check out. Very professional property managers: prompt, polite, informative, and upbeat communications with Brianna and Misty, especially positive vibe from my first interaction with Brianna who responded to my initial inquiry promptly. Dynamite unobstructed panoramic ocean view! Healing and soothing, like being on top of the world. Well organized, labeled, and abundant utensil/dish/glassware, etc. stocked kitchen, bedrooms with linens and blankets, and bathrooms with towels, soap, etc. Most importantly: Very clean! Very baby/toddler friendly, with some baby-proofing, a great crib, highchair, toys, etc. Single story was great for grandparents, toddler, and old pets. Lots of space and privacy, yet great conversation spaces in DR, LR, and sitting room, and outdoor seating areas. Great back yard with viewing deck, lush garden with fruit trees, ramps and steps to lower level. Too chilly to use pool and jacuzzi. Easy parking for 3 cars, one in garage, two on driveway. Charger for electric cars. Great wifi. We never turned on screens but understand Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu can be accessed if you subscribe. Very close driving distance to State Street, Shoreline Dr., Montecito. It truly was a perfect match for our situation. Would love to return! Exceeded my expectations and made very happy memories for my birthday. Thank you!
