This house was so beautiful and it was actually the highlight of our trip. Everyone in our party looked so forward to returning to the house every day/night. It was so comfortable and homey. It was such a spacious house and the view was absolutely gorgeous. We had a little hiccup in the payment of the home, but the host was so helpful and made sure everything turned out perfect. I cannot speak more highly of this rental. I would definitely stay here again. It was a stunner!

Gorgeous views, beautiful clean house. Plenty of room, lots of privacy for each guest. Each bedroom has own floor and bathroom. 3 floors. Bottom floor has extra kitchen. Very close to nice beach. Great communication. Lots of stairs indoors and out so would not recommend for elderly or very young children.

This property is perfectly located for views of the Pacific and the mountains. It is in immaculate condition and has everything you could desire. From expansive kitchen, large and comfortable bed rooms and welcoming entertainment areas. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaiunment of all kinds. The upper terrace is wide and comfortable with stunning views, the garden is very well maintained and offers a very relaxing atmosphere with lovely plants and many visits from birds. The garden is easlily accessible from the spacious lower floor. It is located close to good restaurants and lovely diverse shops. It is also a short drive to downtown Santa Barbara and the Harbor. I would not hesitate to stay here again. They have thought of everything.

Absolutely enjoyed our weekend stay in Summerland. This house has all the comforts of home and a gorgeous view to boot! We walked to the quaint little town for coffee, shopping and a long beach walk. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Great graduation stay

We had an amazing time with our family. Lots of stairs for an elderly person, but worth it for the views. The patio was a favorite place to sit.
